As part of the Cheshire Archive's Food For Thought programme, I was invited to display work and run a workshop in Chester. Drawing with salt, inspired by Japanese artist Motoi Yamamoto, was incredibly freeing for participants who wholeheartedly embraced the freedom it gave them to express themselves without worry.
The Cheshire Archive project was recognised by The National Archives for its outstanding contribution to the archives. You can read about it on The National Archives website - follow this link and choose "Health and wellbeing'.
